QR code routing
QR codes send customers to the customer-facing page you choose.
QR types

| Portal QR | Opens the Customer Portal sign-in. |
| Drop-Off QR | Opens the Drop-Off Wizard appointment search. |
| Shop web address without a path | Opens a chooser where the customer picks Customer Portal or Drop Off Vehicle. |
Good placement
Section titled “Good placement”- Put Portal QR codes on counters, invoices, and customer handouts.
- Put Drop-Off QR codes at the drop box, front door, after-hours sign, and service lane.
- Use separate QR codes for different physical locations when you want scan analytics by placement.
If a QR opens the wrong page
Section titled “If a QR opens the wrong page”Generate a fresh QR from the correct dashboard page: Setup > TracsConnect Portal for portal codes or Setup > TracsConnect Drop-off for drop-off codes. Then replace the old printed QR.
