RingCentral is a business phone and texting system. When you connect it to TracsConnect, customer text messages go out through your RingCentral account instead of a generic number.

Before you start

- Access to the RingCentral Developer Console
- Permission to create or edit a RingCentral app for your shop
- A Client ID, Client Secret, and JWT Token from that app
- A TracsConnect dashboard account with permission to manage integrations
