Themes

The Themes tab controls the wizard’s preset, colors, fonts, wallpaper, and landing-page welcome message.

In TracsConnect

In the dashboard, open Setup → TracsConnect Drop-off, then click the Themes tab.

If the shop does not have a theme yet, select one of the presets shown at the top of the page. Applying a preset creates the shop’s theme and determines its starting layout, colors, and fonts. You can then fine-tune it under Customize Theme.

The current Themes tab does not provide logo or company-name controls. The company name comes from the tenant account, and any existing logo value is only read from the saved theme configuration. Contact support if either needs to change.

You can set six colors directly. The rest of the palette (card backgrounds, focus outlines, error states) is automatically derived from your six choices.

Color What it controls
Primary The main “Next” and “Submit Drop-Off” buttons, progress bar, and link color
Secondary Supporting buttons and quieter accents
Accent Highlights — notification badges, “Recommended” pills, hover states
Background The page background behind every step
Text The main body text color
Border Lines around cards, inputs, and dividers

Below the color pickers there’s a Background Wallpaper option. Leave it as None for a flat background, or pick the light or dark icon pattern. When a wallpaper is selected, you can adjust background and card opacity, display style, position, and whether it appears on the sidebar/header or main content.

Choose the font for the wizard step titles (“Vehicle Information”, “Authorization & Signature”) and the welcome message on the landing page.

Choose the font for form labels, helper text, and the review screen. Pair a clean body font with a stronger heading font for a professional look.

The preset determines the layout style. The current customization panel does not include a separate layout selector, so choose the preset whose structure is closest to the result you want before adjusting its colors and fonts.

The first line customers read when they open the wizard. Keep it short — something like “Welcome! Tap below to check in for your drop-off” is plenty. Leave blank to use the theme default.

The Drop-Off Wizard’s landing page doesn’t use a separate headline and subtitle the way the Customer Portal does. The welcome message is the only piece of landing-page copy you customize here.

Theme edits auto-save about a second after you stop changing them. The page also provides Save Changes, Reset to Saved, and Delete Theme. Deleting removes the shop’s theme configuration and cannot be undone; select a preset again to create a replacement. Use the built-in live preview, then open the Drop-Off Wizard on a phone or in a private browser window for a customer-view check.
