Use the key for the right shop
Section titled “Use the key for the right shop”If you manage multiple locations, confirm the AutoVitals key belongs to the shop selected in TracsConnect.
Removing the key disables reports
Section titled “Removing the key disables reports”The setup window can remove the saved key. Once removed, supported AutoVitals report display is disabled until a new key is saved.
Report matching depends on shared shop context
Section titled “Report matching depends on shared shop context”TracsConnect can only show reports that line up with the connected shop and supported repair order workflow. Start with a known recent report during rollout.
AutoVitals controls report content
Section titled “AutoVitals controls report content”Inspection templates, images, technician notes, and report availability remain in AutoVitals.
