Setmore
Setmore is an online booking tool a lot of shops use to let customers schedule appointments themselves. When you connect Setmore to TracsConnect, bookings flow into TRACS automatically with the customer and vehicle attached.
What syncs into TracsConnect
- New appointments your customers book through Setmore
- Customer name, phone, and email
- Vehicle year, make, and model (when you add the booking-form fields described below)
- VIN and license plate (optional, if you collect them)
What stays in Setmore
- Your booking page’s look and feel
- Staff availability and hours
- Setmore payments (if you use them)
- Customer reminder messages sent by Setmore
Before you start
- A Setmore Pro account (the integration uses features only available on the paid plan)
- Willingness to add at least three booking-form fields (Vehicle Year, Make, Model)
- An approved Setmore API connection (see the warning above)
What you’ll do next
- Add the custom contact fields to your Setmore booking page. This is the most important step — if you skip it, vehicle information won’t sync.
- Connect Setmore to TracsConnect using the access key Setmore sends you.
- Run a small first sync to make sure it looks right.
