Signing in

Your TracsConnect dashboard lives at app.tracsconnect.com. Bookmark it on every device you use.

First-time sign-in

1. Open the welcome email from TracsConnect.
2. Click Set your password. The link is good for 24 hours.
3. Choose a password you’ll remember. We’ll ask for it every time you sign in on a new device.
4. You’re in.

If you didn’t get the welcome email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there either, ask the person who invited you to resend it — or contact support.

Signing in from a new device

1. Go to app.tracsconnect.com.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the email link.

Staying signed in

TracsConnect remembers you on devices you’ve used before. If you share a computer with someone, sign out when you’re done — click your name in the top-right and choose Sign out.
