Signing in

Your TracsConnect dashboard lives at app.tracsconnect.com. Bookmark it on every device you use.

First-time sign-in

1. Open the welcome email from TracsConnect.
2. Click the setup link in the email. The link is good for 24 hours.
3. Pick a password you’ll remember and click Set Password. You’ll need it every time you sign in on a new device.
4. You’re in.

If the welcome email never arrived, check your spam folder first. If it’s not there either, ask the person who invited you to resend it — or contact support.

Signing in from a new device

1. Go to app.tracsconnect.com.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Sign In.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page and follow the email link.

Staying signed in

TracsConnect remembers you on devices you’ve used before, so you usually only get prompted once per device. If you share a computer with someone — front-counter PC, shop tablet — sign out when you’re done by clicking the Sign Out button in the top navigation bar.
