Web Apps

TracsConnect web apps are the customer-facing pages that live at your shop’s web address — customers.tracsconnect.com/<your shop code>/. Two are available today.

  • Customer Portal — Customers view estimates, approve work, and look up history.
  • Drop-Off — Customers fill in a short wizard to drop a vehicle off, even after hours.

Both apps from one QR code

If you want one QR code that gives customers a choice, point it at your shop’s web address without a path. They’ll land on a chooser that opens the portal or the drop-off, whichever they pick. Configure each app’s branding and settings separately on the pages below.
