Tire Sales and Tire Inventory

Tire Sales and Tire Inventory answer: Which tires are selling, what do we have, and where is money tied up in stock?

Each row is a tire group with these columns:

  • Quantity sold, total sales, cost, gross profit, and gross profit percentage.
  • Work order count.

Group by manufacturer, size, manufacturer plus size, or individual item to see where volume and margin are coming from.

Each row is a stocked tire item with these columns:

  • Item, description, manufacturer, size, vendor, and brand.
  • Quantity on hand, on order, and tied up in open work orders.
  • Min and max levels.
  • Cost, unit price, and total inventory value.

Low-stock and out-of-stock items are highlighted. Extended tire details — speed rating, load index, ply, mileage warranty, and others — are available in the column selector.

Tire Sales uses tire line items from invoiced work orders in the selected date range. Tire Inventory is a live stock view — it reflects current quantities in TRACS, not a historical period.

  • Tires are not categorized consistently in TRACS, so some may not appear in the grouped view.
  • Size, manufacturer, or vendor data is missing for some items.
  • A tire is tied to an open work order, so it shows as work in progress rather than on hand.
  • Receiving, selling, or adjustment activity has not synced yet.
