Connect to TracsConnect
AutoOps setup is a simple key-based connection.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You should have:
- AutoOps administrator access
- The shop-specific AutoOps key from Site Setup
- A TracsConnect dashboard account that can manage integrations
Step 1: Copy your AutoOps key
Section titled “Step 1: Copy your AutoOps key”Sign in to AutoOps and open the Site Setup area for the shop you are connecting.
Copy the shop-specific key shown for that location.
Step 2: Open AutoOps in TracsConnect
Section titled “Step 2: Open AutoOps in TracsConnect”Sign in to your dashboard, click Integrations in the sidebar, and find the AutoOps card.
Click Setup. A setup window opens.
Step 3: Paste the key
Section titled “Step 3: Paste the key”Paste the key into Auto-Ops API Key.
TracsConnect stores the secret value securely and masks it after saving.
Step 4: Test the connection
Section titled “Step 4: Test the connection”Click Test connection. TracsConnect checks that the key can be used for the selected shop.
If you see a red error, jump to Troubleshoot.
Step 5: Save
Section titled “Step 5: Save”Click Save at the bottom of the setup window.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”TracsConnect can use the saved AutoOps connection for supported shop workflows. Test with one known appointment or workflow before expanding usage.
