Plan access matters
Section titled “Plan access matters”Connecteam controls which plans and hubs can use access keys. If the key tab is missing, confirm the account plan and owner permissions in Connecteam.
Employee mappings need review
Section titled “Employee mappings need review”Auto-matching can save time, but staff should review every mapping before sync is trusted. Phone numbers, names, and email addresses can be incomplete or reused.
Disabling a key stops sync
Section titled “Disabling a key stops sync”If the Connecteam access key is disabled, expired, or deleted, TracsConnect cannot continue syncing. Paste a replacement key in TracsConnect after rotating it in Connecteam.
Payroll remains outside TracsConnect
Section titled “Payroll remains outside TracsConnect”Connecteam may connect to payroll platforms separately. TracsConnect maps Connecteam time to TRACS workflows — payroll exports and payroll rules stay in Connecteam and your payroll system.
