What to include

The more we know up front, the quicker we can help.

  • Your shop name (the one on your sign).
  • What you were trying to do (“connect Setmore”, “sync an appointment”, “send a text”).
  • What happened instead — even a one-sentence description helps.
  • Screenshots if you have them. Phone screenshots are fine.

When something looks really wrong

If something looks broken — a page won’t load, a number looks way off, a customer’s information looks like someone else’s — write to us right away. Don’t worry about the “right” wording. We’d rather hear about it twice than not at all.
