Troubleshoot

Likely cause: The connected Google account does not have write access to a calendar.

Fix:

  1. Confirm you connected the right Google account.
  2. Confirm that account can edit the destination calendar.
  3. Open the setup window and click Refresh.
  4. Reconnect if the account is wrong.

Likely cause: Google access was revoked or the saved token needs to be refreshed.

Fix:

  1. Open the Google Calendar setup window.
  2. Click Reconnect.
  3. Choose the same Google account or the new account you want to use.
  4. Click Test again.

An appointment did not appear in Google Calendar

Section titled “An appointment did not appear in Google Calendar”

Likely cause: Sync is disabled, no calendar is selected, or TracsConnect did not receive a live appointment event for that appointment.

Fix:

  1. Open the Google Calendar setup window.
  2. Confirm Enable sync is on.
  3. Confirm a calendar is selected.
  4. Enter the TRACS appointment ID and click Sync.

TRACS does not read those changes. Update the appointment in TRACS, then let the next TRACS appointment event update Google Calendar.

Contact support with the shop name, TRACS appointment ID, and approximate time of the appointment change.
