Anthropic

Anthropic makes Claude, the AI helper used by approved TracsConnect features. When you connect Anthropic to TracsConnect, you give the dashboard permission to use your shop’s Anthropic account for those features — and usage is billed directly to your account, not through TracsConnect.

Caution

Beta. Anthropic setup is available in the dashboard, but AI-assisted workflows should stay limited to the shops and users included in your rollout.

Before you start

• An Anthropic Console account with billing set up for Claude usage
• Permission to create a new access key for your shop
• A TracsConnect dashboard account with permission to manage integrations
• A clear shop policy for which AI-assisted workflows you want to allow
