Usage is billed by Anthropic

Keep the key scoped to TracsConnect
Section titled “Keep the key scoped to TracsConnect”Create a dedicated key for TracsConnect instead of reusing a personal or shared key. If a staff member leaves or the key is exposed, revoke it in Anthropic and paste a new one into TracsConnect.
AI output still needs shop review
Section titled “AI output still needs shop review”Claude can help draft and summarize, but staff should review output before sending it to customers or using it to make shop decisions.
Availability follows the provider
Section titled “Availability follows the provider”If Anthropic has a service interruption, TracsConnect AI-assisted features may slow down or fail until Anthropic recovers. Core TRACS workflows should continue without depending on AI output.
